My schools orientation is in about a month and I am determined to not look bad in my school picture this year and I don't know if this outfit is cute and where to get the dress or dresses similar.

It's very cute, and you can always try papaya, agaci, or shasa clothing store. they have very cute dresses and you there's a possibility you might find a dress similar to that.
