Septum piercings? Yay or nay?

I didn't know which topic to put this under so I hope 'style' is okay? Anyway, in the near future I will be getting a second lobe piercing in each ear and a cartilage in one. I really want a septum piercing then too, but I'm not too sure if it suits me or if it'd be very practical for me? First off, yay or nay aha (I used a little fake septum ring to see how it looks on me) and secondly, can anyone give me some advice on care, practicality and just general observations on having a septum piercing? Thank you guys so much in advance! :) x (ps, sorry if I look a little ratty in the picture, the weather in England has included a bunch of unexpected thunderstorms lately, one of which caught me off guard when I was walking the dog :') )

Ooof septum piercings are tricky...you either look amazing or awful 😭 I have two friends who look goooooorgeous with them, but then I know some people who just don't look right. But you rock it!! It looks amazing, definitely go ahead!

I think if you want it, get it. The practicality of it, I don't know, I got mine for the same reason you're thinking of "I wanted a new piercing" so I got it, it's not my favourite piercing but it's easily hidden and easily show able when you want to have it down, I like having a bit of variety in my piercings so this just helps a bit when I'm having one of those days or when I want to look a little edgier, there aren't many cons about it but make sure you know if you want it tucked up or down when you're getting it pierced because it SUCKS trying to put it up yourself after the procedure lol. :)

You're one of the few people who can actually pull it off, it's a hit/miss type of piercing honestly. I say get it!
