I literally have been in the same situation as you so many times and especially under pressure on the bench during sports games but take some warm water and just wet the area around the piercing, wash your hands and use a mirror and take as much time as you need. I know it's frustrating AF so you can use a Q-tip with oil and apply it inside your nose where the screw it and also around the hole and under the stud. Took me at least an hour the first time. Good luck omg

Twist it so the end of it is sticking out of your nostril. Then grab the jewel part of it and pull out- then gradually start slanting it down while you're still pulling :)
