Wear some eyeliner that you think really makes your eyes pop! Try different color eyeliners to figure out which is your favorite(: my eyes are blue & brown eyeliner usually makes my eyes pop.

Eyeliner, use earthy tones. Those work well with brown eyes (I have brown eyes too) but also use bold colors like some purples go really well with brown eyes. I wouldn't record blue, I tried it and it looked bad but then again I'm asian.

For dark brown eyes, I would normally go for bright green, bright blue or bright purple. Those colours will complement your eyes very well. ^^
