What do you think? Right now my exfoliating wash is the only thing I use that isn't natural, so I really want to switch it out with something that is. I've heard or sugar, salt, baking soda...which is best out of these or others?

Plain greek yogurt. I don't know if you have acne, but if you do, never physically exfoiliate. It will only irritate your acne, making it worse. Yogurt is lactic acid and will exfoiliate without irritating.

Take the remains out of a tea bag after it is used and mix it with your face wash/moisturizer. Apply it gently to your face. Leave it on for 5 minutes and rinse off. Preferably green tea as it works like a bomb! This is my favorite thing to do.

Salt can work for some people , actually it works for me. But there is so many DIYS on Pinterest. So look some of them up , I just sometimes use one ingredient, which is BROWN sugar. and thats it.

I like using coffee. I make sure to grind it up real fine before I use it. I have also use sugar and salt when I don't have coffee. If you want a rougher exfoliant, turbinado sugar is great. Finer sugars can be found anywhere as well. Make sure to moisturize well after!
