I use it under my arms for discoloration. I didn't know it could be used for acne scars but that makes sense.

I haven't noticed any dramatic change yet and I've been using it for a while. But I continue to use it, so if you don't see immediate results don't be discouraged! Keep using it!

I used the plegets, but before that I had the gel. The gel didn't do crap for me, however , when I finally asked my derm for the plegets, (cotton pad type things soaked in the clindamycin solution ) and I started using them as directed, after my face wash before my moisturizer, they worked like a charm. My breakouts cleared, and my acne scars are gone because of both the clindamycin and the tretenoin cream! (My derm prescribed me both!) of course I do get the occasional breakout, however the clindamycin works better for taking care of existing acne and preventing more, than taking care of acne scars which is what tretenoin is wicked good for, acne scars as well working from inside your skin out to keep acne away! Also, there is a higher dose if the clindamycin available on prescription only, and that is the one that works much better and faster too!
