Base coat, white nail polish probably 2 or 3 coats and come nail polish that has that glitter.

Paint your nails white with a base coat ( except for the glitter nail) and then paint your gold nail polish. And then for the gold glitter tips take a reinforcement sticker and put it a little below your nail tip ( adjust for thickness) and yeah then apply a top coat.
