How different do they feel compared to your mid lengths/roots? If your ends are a lot thinner and frizzy then your mid lengths then it's time for a trim!

If there are split ends... then they are definitely not healthy... and if you rub your ends on your skin n they feel soft then they are in good condition...!

If you pull one of your hairs out and it floats in a cup of water, it's healthy. If it sinks, then it's damaged.
