Hair relaxer- question

My question is do you have to straighten hair after you relax it? I'm not using mine to get a completely straight look but to tame/ stretch the curls I have now. I know it's pretty damaging so. Thanks!

I don't believe so but if you want to stretch and make more manageable get a texturizer.

Definitely texturizer... not relaxer.
They have so many things on the market now where you can keep your naturally curly hair and straighten it when you want.
And other products to help loosen your curls without chemicals.
