Foundation Problems Flakey Skin?

So every time I put on foundation my forehead looks flakey, help!

The same thing happened to me and around my nose and what I did is BEFORE every time I put my makeup on, I put a moisturizer on. I use ponds brand, it's pretty cheap. I give it a minute or so to kind of sink into my skin then I put a face primer on right over it then put my foundation on and I use the least bit around my flaky areas and it helped me a lot. it may take a few days of moisturizing but you should see results soon :)

Also, it is a possibility it's the brand or type of foundation you use. some foundations tend to flake up skin.

I've tried a few brands but I have a hard time matching skin tones

But I always wash my face then apply makeup when it dries.

I don't use primer and I use femme couture from Sally beauty supply.
