A traditional smokey eye does not have distinctive liner, because it is smudged out under your dark shadows as a base to richen and intensify as well as make the intensity more long lasting. So first I would fix the eye liner.

Now I would also suggest making the color of your transition shades a little less similar. By that I mean, either even darker at the bottom or even lighter at the top.

Finally I would blend you top transition shadow more, so it is a smooth, softer change to your browbone.

Very nice though. And yes, definitely don't let the seasons limit your makeup wearing in any way!!:)
