So at my church no one wears makeup. (No one really needs it. But I do.) I wanted to be able to make people not be able to see I'm wearing eyeliner but I still wanted the benefits. So I was like hey why don't I line my upper waterline? So I tried it today. But by the time I got out of church (from 9 to 12) it had gone from my upper waterline to my lower and then from there to under my eyes. Is there anyway I can get it to stay on my upper water line?

A grood primer should hold it in place maybe, what eyeliner did you use? I would try a gel eyeliner.. I love the one from almay! If you would like a link LMK!!

I would recommend trying a gel or liquid. I personally prefer liquid.

It has to be a water proof eyeliner if you're going to tight line I don't know any but I I heard the Nars eyeliner is really good

Also you could always do a very thin line of brown pencil eyeliner on you eyelid it's less harsh then black and looks more natural but still makes your eyelashes stand out more without it lookin like your wearing makeup

The urban decay 24/7 eyeliners stay on really well:)

Put the eyeliner on your top waterline and then take and angled liner brush and pat black eye shadow on top of the eyeliner. It helps for me and I have the exact same problem
