So for my birthday, I'm asking for a ulta shopping spree (lol). I'm not sure what I should get though. What do you girls think? I don't have a set budget but I don't want anything too expensive. One thing that's high on my list is eye liner. Should I get pen or liquid and what company sells the best?

I'm in love with the Stila Stay All Day Liquid eyeliner! It works amazing and always give a percise line. Urban decay 24/7 liner is also very good but I would recommend the Stila one.
