I'd try a coconut oil or olive oil treatment. You can google it :)

Oils, hair masks, hair treatments etc. try a hair moisturizer (store bought, they usually are a cream product) and then a sealant oil like coconut or argon oil. You could also try Shea butter, a lot of curly haired girls use it in your hair. Just make sure whatever you use is organic and has no added ingredients. :)

Try shampooing only your roots and not your ends and focus your conditioner on the tips,You can also try hair masks or different types of hair products such as Moroccan oil.. I also like the it's a 10 leave in product, I usually just spray it on my hair from my neck down and then style it! (My hair touches my waist and is super damaged so I find that these things work wonders for it!)

Coconut oil, Argan oil and Olive oil are all good for your hair, you'll see real benefits and you're hair should be in better condition after continuous use. ☺️

Leave coconut oil in overnight. With a thin plastic cap if you can. Shower in the morning If you can't just pull your hair back for the day. Focus on roots obv. Also shampoo way less maybe look into sulfate free products they are way less stripping. Doing the oil at least once a week really should help! Mine was FRIED after bleaching and this rly helped.

Tell me what you are using product wise. Also, what are you styling with? Are you using any heat tools like curling or flat irons? Your hair is naturally curly, yes?
