Yay it's back! Yup you have to show an ID :) I'm in college but I imagine it works for high school students too! I saved a bunch of money with this last time it came around I live like 6 blocks from an h&m lolol :) thank you!

It also depends on where you live though, so check with h&m beforehand. I'm in Canada and here it's only college kids (it has to be a valid college ID) that get 15% or 10% off for virgin mobile phone users.
