You should try Shellac, I used to bite my nails all the time, but now I don't & they are longer and stronger than ever! It's a gel polish opposed to a lacquer. You should ask a local manicurist about it. Shellac saveeddd my naailllsss!
I have been using Nailtiques Formula2 - you can buy at it CVS. It has done wonders for my nails but it does contain formaldehyde. For a non-toxic detox, I recommend Acquarella Conditioner. xoxo

Purchase OPI Rejuvinate nail polish. You will see the strength your nails will get. They will look so fake! I've been using for over a year now.
