When I'm out of liquid eyeliner I melt down my pencil and use a brush to apply...

I also just lip color as blush

Those are like my top 2 lol

I wet my brush and dip it in black eyeshadow for liner.

I set my makeup with cornstarch
To keep your eyeliner from running, put a similar colour eyeshadow overtop to draw out all the moisture
Before applying mascara, curl your lashes and put hair gel on them, it freezes your lashes in place and keeps them spread out so no clumping

Hello Sara, this same topic is actually going on in the beauty section its a few threads below.When making threads its best to look at all the threads to see if a similar question was asked or topic has been made, this just makes duplicate threads from being made over and over again which in the past the community has done it becomes a trend of repeated questions that overload threads.Thank you.
