Best eyeliner style for droopy eyelids.

I'm 25, but have always had naturally "droopy" eyelids. The skin is loose on my eyelid which makes it difficult to apply eyeliner. Dramatic eyeliner is hard for me to do and always smears everywhere in my crease before it has a chance to dry. Can anyone give me tips on what style eyeliner that would look good for my eye Type? I'm including pictures below. Thanks in advance.

Thank you for replying nancy, I've been struggling with eyeliner/eyeshadow forever. Can't seem to get the hang of my "eye shape". Not sure how to play up my features.
I always mess up dramatic liner, going up over my eyelid folds messes me up, always ends up crooked. I need professional help hahaha

Only do a thin line and start to make it thicker on the outer third of the eye. Do a small flick going towards the end of your eyes brows, just like pic 3 above.
