So I've noticed lately that my part on top of my head is getting wider. I've always had problems with my hair shedding snd never thought anything of it until I really examined it in the mirror s few days ago. is there some kind of product I could use to promote new hair growth or at least stop it from falling out so much??

There could be a number of reasons as to why you're shedding. It could be related to stress, genetics, medications, etc. My suggestion would be to try either Redken's new Cerafill System or Nioxen's System. Both lines have multiple systems based on your hair type. I use Nioxen on my mom and she loves it so far! I'm not too sure about Redken's but I do like their products! If you are stressing make sure to take some time out just to relax. I hope I was able to help a little bit!

This happened to me... a few things helped.
Btw, it was before I dyed hair.
I stopped using all sulfates. Started using vegan hair care for a while.
That being said... I also found out I have an autoimmune condition. Which was why my hair was falling out. I have to take a hormone supplement everyday. Since its balanced out, my hairdressers complain about how thick my hair is. Lol

Nioxen system is supposed to be great for that situation. my fallout is hormone related (kids) Vitamins & eating cleaner doesn't hurt.

I have the same problem now. My latest trip to the salon had my hairdresser commenting how fine my hair was( I've always had thick hair though ). Nioxens and no sulfates it is.

Thanks girls!! I was looking at the nioxin products last week so I think ill give them a try. I'm sure its because of hormones I've had a lot of female health problems in the past. but until I am able to see a doctor I'm just trying to find anything that will help. I wonder if there's a natural way to balance your hormones???

Target has some vitamins called, hair skin and nails. they work well, but you could start taking a biotin supplement...also may want to try wen cleansing conditioner...I have psoriasis on my scalp and suffered lots of hair loss...I started using the tea tree oil formula and have never looked back...and that was about six years ago...all of the formulas are fabulous! can buy on qvc...30 day money back guarantee.
