Hi ladies! I start my first job out of university on Monday and I'm pretty sure I'll have to have an ID photo taken. I've never really had a very good ID photo and I really want this one to be at least half decent.
What are your tips and how would you suggest doing makeup for something like this?

Really natural, you don't wanna look back and cringe! Also I'd suggest if you're wearing foundation for it to have no SPF since that can cause flashback and you wouldn't want that!

My advice, as much as it pains me, is to try to avoid any kind of shimmery thing that the camera can reflect. I love shimmer, but it can look super strange in pictures. Aside from that, just remember that it's only a picture and smile :)

I agree that you should go with only matte products and keep it natural. Be aware that the lighting is probably going to be unflattering, so stay away from exotic colours.
