Covergirl has a good one, I can't remember what it's called though. The compact is opaque, if that helps any.

Nars light reflecting powder is great.it is translucent.prefer the loose version for setting.

Rimmel stay matte is a good cheap one. And I also use the maybelline fit me powder too.
