Dark Spots And Concealer Troubles?!

I have dark spots on my nose from previous acne and around my chin and forehead, it seems to be that whenever I get a pimple the mark doesn't go away and it's been years!

I'm also not sure on a concealer to try since I have dry skin I haven't really found a concealer that doesn't cake up on my skin and also that matches my skin color
What would you suggest?

Also, if you know a hydrating concealer that doesn't crease under eyes then please comment it!
