Yes purge. In my opinion it wasn't worth it for me.

My skin purged. I expected this but it was still frustrating because it took a long time to clear up. It took me 3-4 months for my skin to completely get used to it and I wasn't sure if I liked it until after about 5 months of use. I had high expectations so I think it was a bit disappointing at first. It is only worth it if you use it in conjunction with a good skincare routine and it may also take a while to see results. I really love my clarisonic now. My skin was never awful but it's definitely helped with my dry patches and deep cleansing/fading acne areas. Also, I've become super anal about getting every scrap of makeup off my face before bed and this makes me feel so clean.

Yes it's worth it. Almost everybody purges the first two weeks but after your skin starts to clear up. I have the Clarisonic aria and it changed my life!!
