I agree your face does not look chubby at all - it looks oval which is ideal :) anyways you can try the side swept bang or just framing in general around the face - otherwise you can also try contouring to add some structure to the face.

I'm overweight too girl but I still have an oval shape face - and it's nothing to be ashamed of - love your curves and your body no matter what size you are :) and face shape has nothing to do with body shape btw so I still think you have an oval face from the photos on your profile.
