I tried it once and it didn't work for me either!
It might be that your hair is too coarse, or maybe even too short.

Which nair product were you using? Wax? Chemical hair remover? Shaving cream/lotion?

Nair doesn't really work on stubble the hairs need to be long enough and I prefer Veet with Aloe it's a bit more gentle ,if you let them hairs grow out a bit then use the hair removal cream it may work better.
