What causes hormonal breakouts?
I have a lot of acne around my jawline and chin but the thing is, I don't get my period until 2ish weeks, so what can be causing the acne to develop there? :/ its rare it does that...please help, I'm on a tight budget, I can't afford to go to the dermatologist, and my face is getting pretty bad :(
