Blonde problems, eyebrows!

What should I do? I used to fill my dark eyebrows with brown powder but I started to use something that made them look blondish and I like it but throughout the day it starts looking green. I have bleached them but some hairs stay black and others stay blonde -.- HELP PLS.

I would keep filling them in with either your brown powder or an eyebrow pencil. They have eye brow kits at Wal-Mart for about $8. It really helped me out when I was clueless about my eye brows.

The kit has multiple different shades for you to test each of them out, blend, or whatever it is that you need to do to find the shade you like.
