Tarte blushes in any color really. They are amazing and I am currently obsessed with the holiday blush palette they came out with.
I do like the sephora brand blushes too. They are quality made and less than the other brand blushes.
Kat Von D has pretty blushes in Wish, Essex, Por Vida, Bellisima.

Agree with Gabriela! Milani baked blushes are great! Especially Luminoso. I also think the Wet n' Wild blushes are surprise hits. Very pigmented.

You can buy Milani at any drug store.
Nars has some very pretty blushes both creme and powder! Besides the ones mentioned above .. Kevyn Aucoin has gorgeous colors.. his products are amazing!
Smashbox has some decent blushes as well. I'd browse around for whay colors you'd want.

Essence do some lovely, giggly pigmented, super cheap blushes! I have one in a Rose colour and I adore it! :)
