I have eczema and have always had it. Because of this I have a similar reaction to juicy fruits eg melons
that I do with salt. But is there actually anyway to stop it?

I suggest just going to the dermatologist. You don't want any weird remedies. Especially if you're dealing with a skin disease. Or you're also most likely allergic to those things :) not a dermatologist just studied aesthetics, so that's all I got :p.

It looks like it might be an allergy! It might irritate your skin also. Just stop in with your dermatologist and talk about it(:
