I would like to start getting back into skin care and fixing my skin.

my forehead is full of bumps and I would like for my skin to be smooth.

is there a cleanser, toner and moisturizer you would recommend?
I heard clinique's 3 set was good but want to see what do you think?

I really like the Neutrogena Naturals line, my skin is combo - oily and acne prone and sensitive, and that stuff is like miracle potions.
