I was the 10th doctor:) it was my first time wearing eyeliner on my bottom lid and on my waterline. I am also wearing a gradient smokey eye (or at least an attempt). I don't have a list of products since most of it was my friends. Do you girls like it, and do you think that I should start wearing eyeliner(not as heavy tho:) btw, I am MUCH paler-that isn't my actual skin tone(it's just the lighting)
