Just run a flat iron through it and then curl it under a little and then spray some hairspray to help make it stay.

I think you might have to give it a little trim if it is flicking. Tell your hairdresser that it is not at the lenght you would like and ask her to take a bit off. She should be able to just do that for free :-)<3<3.

I completely agree with the girls who said to use a round brush. I think it's the most important styling tool for your hair length and cut. It gives of a smooth look with a lot of body and movement and I just think it looks amazing haha. Section your hair off into about 5-10 sections (depending on how thick your hair is). Then take a medium- large round brush with a metal base and place it close to the root of your head. You can place it either under or over the hair to achieve slightly different looks. I usually do the majority of my head over top with just a few under as it frames my face the best. Next you aim the dryer downward (this stops frizz) and pull the brush through your hair until you get to the ends. At the ends you want to rotate the brush so it twists up the hair. Don't over twist it. Just make sure that the bottoms of your hair aren't rotated so far that they touch the upper part of your hair on the brush. Go over it a few times if needed and then move on to another section :) sorry if this didn't make sense and I hope it helps.
