Hey guys!
I just completed my first attempt at a sfx wound on my arm, and I like, not LOVE, the results.
The edges of the liquid latex won't blend in seamlessly with my skin and when I apply makeup it's a bit too obvious.
How can I fix this problem now? (I have powder and cream makeup, liquid latex and tissues)
should I invest in buying spirit gum, is it any better?
Thank you!!

Well, first of all, don't cover such big areas with tissues and latex. Make it so it's onyy around the edges of the wound, if that makes sense. Like here, don't put the latex on your whole arm, but put it only where you want your cuts and holes to be.
Or maybe try wax to make the wounds.
Your first try is not bad, I think with practice you'll get much better!

Thank you so much Jackie, I'll definitely use your suggestions! & sorry for replying so late :)
I'll try spirit gum for the edges that peel up, I think makeup was getting underneath them.
