For which side to get it on most people I've seen get it on their left (including myself) but if I could I'd change it to the right side..with deciding I put it on my left in the first place because that was the side my hair was parted

When I got my nose pierced I took a small hoop earring and put it on both sides of my nose and saw which side I liked better.

I personalty have my nose pierced. I love it. I've had it for about two years. Never wished I didn't get it. These only thing you need to worry about is the jewelry falling out. Also your buggers will get stuck on the bar. (yes. It's gross but it's the truth.)
