Probably it was supposed to be a normal brush but it is a bad manfunction haha I don't know I havent seen anything like that.

Hi! this is a brush for removing black heads.. or rather cleaning the pores of the nose area, and to loosen the blackheads.. The original brush is from taiwan its called lsm.

Never mind I found it on eBay, it's called the LSY blackhead brush and it's about $25.
