Try Both WNW and Bellaoggi Brand
They have series of lipsticks range that is excellent in pigmentation and coverage
You can find all kind of matt or glossy lipsticks and even lip pencils with them
just that Bellaoggi is a bit more expensive than WNW

I just got a wet and wild lipstick for the first time last week. It was $1.87 at CVS! I'm wearing it today and I've already gotten two compliments on it. Crazy. The shade is Sugar Plum Cherry, and it's kind of a purplish burgundy. It's very matte, so it's a bit drying. Definitely need a balm underneath and a gloss on top.
