I like waxing but have never tried threading. It seems like it would take a while compared to waxing. Plucking is okay but to me that's only for upkeep of any hairs that are growing back or a stray, really crazy hair. I think plucking on its own as the primary source of hair removal is a bad idea. So personally I would go with waxing, but I am curious about threading and might try it one day.
I've done each, threading and plucking on my own, wax and pluck professionally. Personally I'll never go back to waxing again. I didn't have a bad experience, it's just I fell that I can control how they look more so doing plucking. So, plucking has been my number one for years. Now touching on threading, it takes getting used to but I'm pretty indifferent to it.
Waxing for sure! Threading leaves me with super bad redness around my eyebrows that doesn't go away for 24 hours and plucking doesn't give as clean a look.
Mary Ellen I'm the opposite. Waxing leaves my face super red and irritated. With threading its more gentle and I have zero redness. I have super sensitive skin.
I'm not sure why some people think that plucking is bad... I can't do any kind of facial waxing, my skin is just way to sensitive. I always end up breaking out. Threading just doesn't appeal to me.
Threading hurts so much worse than waxing. I get them waxed every few months but im religious about tweezing in-between so my eyebrows stay looking nice.
