I saw this DIY glamglow super mud mask. Here are the ingredients, would this be a good idea? Or have any of you ladies tried this? I don't want to try it if it will damage my skin or something.

This mask is going to irritate the hell outta your skin definitely
The bentonite and chamomile and aloe should be fine but omit the others

Unless you kno that your skin won't be irritated to coconut oil and the peppermint/eucalyptus oil, don't use it. My skin actually loves coconut oil and I use it on a daily basis but it irritates other peoples skin. Keep that in mind...

Use this mask without the Peppermint and Eucalyptus Oil. Both are fragrances and will only harm your skin.
Coconut Oil is moderately comedogenic so I would switch it out for a non comedogenic oil such as argan, squalane, jojoba, maracuja, or Rosehip oil ( Mainly for acne prone skin types ).
Lemon essential oil should be skipped entirely, the tea tree oil can be done and gives the same results as the promised Lemon Oil.

Patch test first as DIYs are usually harmful to the skin.

Out of this recipe I would actually make:

For Dry Skin... Glycerin or Aloe Vera as my base. (Both Humectants... Aloe Vera is great for redness and has Salicylic Acid occurring naturally. Great for cooling irritated skin. )

Oily skin Aloe Vera with the Clay.
A non comedogenic oil as stated above
1 to 2 drops of diluted tea tree oil.
