Red spot help!! What is this? Should I worry?

It seems like every time after I take a shower down the middle of my body,( until legs, so stomach, neck, in middle of chest, and some on my back shoulders) I have these red splotches! Sometimes it itches, and stays until the next morning, sometimes longer! Is it something I should worry about and get a different body scrub? I use warm to hot water so is it just that? Please help! Thank you!

Please listen to me because I had the same problem...
It may be the start of bacne because I itched them areas and it started off in small bumps and now I have full blown out bacne! Go get help from a doctor quick because I didn't and now look at me:)

Really hot water can do that to you so make sure that the water is not to hot. And if that still happens then change your body wash or soap. I like to use Dove Sensitive body wash.
