What do we think of eyelash extensions?

I am wanting to get eyelash extensions but have never had them done. What do we think of them? I am really worried they will cause my lashes to fall out. Anyone know from experience?

I got then twice and I really liked it. they fall off naturally as your real lashes fall so unless you tear them off, youll be fine.

I do extensions, just a few things to point out, make sure you find somewhere with lots is variety of lashes! Thick long lashes can be damaging or extensions that aren't done correctly I.e all glued/clumped together.
Also to keep in mind most of the time a strip lash look isn't attainable unless you naturally have the lashes for them.
Keep good care of them as well! Don't pick at them or rub your eyes and make sure you use a conditioner/serum to keep them healthy if you're getting them done on the regular!

Also just read that article posted, yes you do need breaks from extensions just like you need breaks from nails every once in awhile, everything else is pretty spot on with it just that point is not correct.

I just recently got them & I really loved them at first but then it became a pain in the a$$! Always criss crossing & tangled, then I try to untangle them & I rip some out.. I love the look of them but I guess it's just not for me!

I used to get eyelash extensions regularly. I had them for about 4/5 months, getting them topped up every 2 weeks. And my eyelashes were wrecked by the end of it. They started to go thin, and felt funny in texture, and they also shortened an awful lot. Which made me want to keep on getting eyelash extensions, to have some lashes back. I managed to keep myself off them, and just tend to wear strips now. My lashes have started to grow back, but it's taken at least 3 months, and they're still not how they used to be. I wouldn't recommend getting lashes as a permanent thing. Just stick to strips, unless your going somewhere and you want them done for a special occasion.
