Winter clothes ideas?

I need some good winter clothing sites/stores for new clothes. I'm looking for everything, pants, shirts, skirts, jackets, accessories, boots, ankle boots etc! I need your help ladies!!

Oh and I got the job that I had an interview for on Monday! I am now a teachers director at a childcare learning center! This is what I wore!

I've purchased a majority of my dress clothes from Marshall's, ross, Burlington coat factory, and Kohl's. I'm a bargain shoppers so grab stuff when it's cheap. I've seen sensible heels at these stores too but I would also check Payless. Plain pumps are a must and they have them. Also Sears had some nice boots.
