Make up for this dress?

I'm going to a gala tonight and the theme is black and white. I'm stuck on what to do with my eye make up and if I should wear red lipstick or pink.

Also would it look bad if I just wore a bandu under the dress? I don't want to wear one of those sticky bras it's a long car ride and they are uncomfortable.

Here's a photo of the dress and how I did my hair. :) (btw I won't be wearing glasses to the gala. Lol)

Yeah I'd say the classic red lip and winged liner look :) Also I'd suggest wearing a tan bra.
