Too Faced Candlelight Glow Duo and I also love UD Naked Illuminating Face and Body (it looks like chunky glitter at first but looks awesome when buffed out)

I personally prefer powders over liquids...

For subtle highlights, I like the hourglass powders, Benefits girl meets pearl ( although liquid, personally, it feels and looks like a powder highlight ) and Too Faced Candlelight duo is very nice but not overpowering. More intense highlights, using a fan brush to apply: Becca highlighters. There's the Mary lou manizer by thebalm, but that may be too "chunky" depending on your personal tastes, but using a very light hand looks good.

Wet n wild shimmer palette. I live it! it looks pink but when applied it just gives a hint of pink with the actual highlight color(: & under 8 dollars?!

My favourites are soap and glory glow all out, sleek highlighter in the face form kit (this is my no1 favourite its very pigmented with no glitter just a beautiful sheen) and I also like benefit high beam and watts up but they are liquid and cream. If you have extra cash to spend try the kevin aucoin and becca highlighter I hear nothing but amazing reviews for those :) I need to try them soon!

I second the Becca highlighter. I have Opal and just ordered Rose gold. I also love The Balm Mary Lou manizer.

Shiseido Luminizing Satin Face Color (High Beam White for fair skin, Soft Beam Gold for darker/olive skin tones).
It's amazing, and there is no detectable glitter, but the results are AMAZING!
Did I say it's amazing?
