Every time I shave in that bikini area I get really bad bumps, I have tried putting deoterent and baby oil on after but I still get bad bumps, any suggestions? Or any other ways of removing hair (no creams please), thank you!

Omg Do NOT use deodorants or baby oil down there! Both those things are skin irritants, no wonder you get bumps. I use a 2 percent salicylic acid gel wash as a shaving cream, I apply it for 2 minutes before beginning shaving. This softens the hair and makes shaving easy. Also, use a sharp razor so you don't have to shave the area multiple times, it will save your skin from being irritated. Also, post shaving I wash offthe gel wash thoroughly and put 100 % aloe vera gel on the shaved area, let it dry then wear cotton undies. This routine has never irritated my skin.

Do you use a shaving cream? That makes a huge difference

Also like what ame said, don't go over the same spot multiple times, & after you can put aloe Vera gel like she suggested,
Sometimes I use conditioner then shaving cream lol it works, it makes the hair soft & a lot easier to shave

Another tip is using the right kind of razor. I find that the ones with 3 blades work best- small enough to manuver

And get a close shave, but not too close or too big

I feel that even shaving down there kinda sucks no matter what you do. I shaved ALL of it off recently for the first time and I used a new razor, shaving cream, and Vagisil powder afterwards and it feels so itchy and irritated now, its awful. I think waxing might be a better option but I don't know. I've just had a bad ecperience with shaving so far. Perhaps aloe vera gel will be better?
