I've got acrylic nails which are purple but I would like to know if it is possible to paint over them red I know it might sound silly but this is the first time having acrylics here are my nails;

Yeah you could but the coating will look thick! And it will look more unnatural you could just remove them with nail polish remover then apply the red!

Make sure you use nail polish remover that doesn't get rid of acrylic nails.

Make sure that's it's NON ACETONE remover, well if you want to keep the acrylic on
