Neutrogena has a new line of skincare called Visibly Even, which is supposed to fade scarring and even out your skin tone. Look for products with skin repairing ingredients such as soy protein, soy complex, vitamin E, rosehip oil, etc. You can buy a vitamin C or Vitamin E oil to use under a moisturizer to help. Personally I would make my own by mixing Vitamin E oil, rosehip oil, Vitamin C (powdered form), and Vitamin K with some jojoba oil. Use a couple drops of that with a skin clearing lotion and that should help you out a lot.
