Help Whitening My Teeth!!

I love dark lipsticks/lip colors, but I can't wear them because my teeth aren't as white as I want them to be and the lips colors showcase that.
I am very hygienic, I brush my teeth twice a day, but I need more help than that. I drink a lot of dark sodas and coffee, if I don't I get major caffeine headaches to where I can't even stand up.
I would love to know some tips on how to whiten them at home!! Thank you guys!! :)

Your best bet is probably whitening strips. I've used the crest ones and they work pretty well. But beware, they might make your teeth sensitive, sometimes it's temporary but sometimes it's not. While you're whitening your teeth (not just during but all the days you use the strips), you would do best to avoid dark teas,coffee and soda( anything acidic/bad for your teeth). Eventually you may want to wean yourself off these things to maintain healthy white teeth. To help with the caffeine withdrawal headaches you could try something like excedrine migraine, which combines the painkiller with caffeine.

I agree with Mia on the white strips. but to help with the headaches and dark drinks I would suggest drink a white or green tea that has caffeine and that might help give you the caffeine you need while lot staining your teeth and maybe even help your skin and health :) just something you might want to try out. also if your teeth are sensitive after whitening use Sensodyne toothpaste or another toothpaste designed for sensitive teeth :)

Don't get, whitening strips like the other girls says, I have strong teeth and I wore whitening strips and they made my teeth feel really really weak and sure it made them white but I really really don't recommend them... Unless you want your teeth to hurt every time you bite an apple

No those are not natural I only bleach twice a week and that's the toothpaste I have been using for 4 years :)

I'll preface this by saying my dad is a dentist. Whitening strips are designed for people with perfectly straight teeth. If they aren't, the strips won't get the entire surface. If you really want to get good results, I recommend getting them done at dentists and then maintaining them with the kit given and special toothpaste

Not everyone has thousands of dollars. I like bres suggestion, I think it's what I'll do, she's not the only one I know of who has had a great experience with the paste and a whitening toothpaste. I don't have very straight teeth, whitening strips obviously didn't work.

Thank you everyone!! I think I'll try @Bres suggestion first, mainly because, like @Shanae said not everyone has thousands of dollars to do things. I really appreciate everyone who gave me a suggestion!! Thank you all and have a Merry Christmas.
