I picked up the studio finish concealer today and usually my color is NC30 I wanted to go 1 shade lighter on it but since they don't have a NC25 she asked if I wanted a golden or pink undertone I told her anything to cover my dark circles so she gave me NW20 because the pink counteracts the dark areas. I got home and tried and it seems to light for me but I went online and the NW25 and 30 are much more darker than the NC30. Should
I stick with the NW20 or just go back to the NC30 all together? I really want a good concealer and something that really covers my dark circles because it's a problem area. What shade would be best?

Typically a salmon undertones concealer is best for dark circles. If you feel it's too light is it possible for you to mix a bit of foundation in it? Or mix in another highlighter you have? When I learned I should be using something pink based under my eyes I switched to Mac's Prep and Prime in Radiant Rose. I'm yellow undertoned so I had to learn to use just a little or it would be too light. I still use yellow undertoned highlighter/concealer for the rest of my face.

Pink counteracts dark circles. I use NW20 on my under eye and have found applying it before my foundation helps with the appearance of it seeming too light. Of course you also have to blend blend blend!
