Which product specifically is wayne goss referring to? He doesn't really specify

He talks about oxy 10 and in 2.5 strength but I looked at the oxy10 website and couldn't find it. Please help I feel like that product will be my last hope.

And which specific cetaphil did he mention?

It's oxy , 2.5 strength & he says to use the cetaphil gentle cleanser

Yea because I've been feeling the gentle cleanser has been breaking me out...for some odd reason :/... Thanks! And he's talking about the spot treatment right?
