Just do each step on each eye, and compare them throughout the process, for example line your eye normally, see if the lines arent thicker on one eye, if they are fix that, then move on to doing a line on each eye for the bottom of the wing, see if those are even too, if not use a qtip and wipe the eye that looks wrong away, then compare and make sure its equal, etc.etc :)

I agree with @Gabby that's how I do mine :) Also you can use tape to help. put tape on both sides and make sure they're even with eachother, then apply away! :) I hope I helped!! Xx

Honestly it sounds cliche but practice does make..almost perfect! I watched a lot of tutorials and how I do it is I draw a thin line close to my lash line and for the wing first look straight ahead and line the liner/brush up and draw a small line as if extending from your lower lash line. Depending on eye shape you can make it flick up more or more straight just see what works for you and then connect to the rest of the line! It's not easy to explain practice and patience is the only way! I still mess up all the time so don't worry x

Or you could cheat and use tape! Line it up under the wing part and draw the line and remove to reveal a sharp wing :)

If you still have trouble getting the wing right you could get either tape or use a card of some sort. Line it up with your bottom lash line and slant it towards the end of your eyebrow :)

Scotch tape is my guy 👌

Scotch tape could help you line it up, but in all honesty what you really need is a steady hand and lots of practice. I use the tarte liquid eyeliner but if you can get a pot eyeliner, with a brush then that might be the easiest because it's like painting on your eye. I'd also recommend keeping some moisturizer/makeup remover and a a tip around to clean up the eyeliner.
